Your photographs stay, even after the subscription ends.
Keeping your photographs is a promise, not a feature of a running subscription. After paying for a tier, you keep them for three months after the wedding, or six on the top tier, even if the subscription has ended. We write a month before deletion.
We email you before deletion so there is time to download the photographs.

Questions about pricing
Does the subscription renew on its own?
Yes. A monthly tier renews every month until you cancel it; the wedding date does not end it automatically. An annual tier runs for at least 12 months and may renew when you plan for longer. We set its end from the wedding date so no further period starts afterwards. You can see the next charge and cancel in Manage subscription.
We marry in eighteen months. What does that mean?
After 12 months, an annual subscription takes another annual payment so the tier lasts until the wedding. We end it a month after the wedding. If you do not want to pay for a second year to cover only a few months, you can buy the paid tier later; the free tier keeps your planner and date until then.
Can we move up later?
Any time. You might move to The Day when you start preparing what will run on the big screen. Change the tier in your wedding's settings.
What happens if a payment fails?
The paid tier keeps working for another fortnight and we write to you. Your data is not deleted. After that period, the account returns to the free-tier limits.
Are the venue catalogue and the date picker paid?
No. The venue catalogue, public supplier directory and wedding-date page are free and require no account.
