How it works
From the first plan to the wedding day
Starting is simple. You create your wedding and add everything that belongs to it as you go.
Months before
Create your wedding and plan it
Enter the names, the date and the place. You get a checklist laid out by the time you have left, with the budget, the suppliers and the contracts beside it.

- Budget
- Vendors
- Documents
Weeks before
Invite your guests
Publish your wedding website and send the invitations. Guests answer without an account, and you know who is coming, where they sit and where they sleep.

The last few days
Prepare the day
The running order, the menu and the music in one place. Witnesses and suppliers get a link to the day with every time and every number on it.

Enjoy it with your guests
Guests add photographs through a QR code with no account, record you a wish and play a quiz on the big screen in the evening.

Scattered
Planning a wedding does not have to be scattered across this many places
The budget is in a spreadsheet, the guests in another, the notes on a phone, the details in a chat and the suppliers in your inbox. And then you go looking for where you saved the latest list. WeddUniverse brings all of it into one place.

One wedding. One place.
And also
The small things, one at a time
The small things that decide how the day actually goes. Each one says exactly what it does.
QR codes for the tables
Print the square on a card for the table. A guest scans it with their telephone and the photographs they take that evening land in your gallery — nothing to install, no account to create. The same kind of square can lead to your wedding website, onto the Wi-Fi or to the venue on a map.
Stationery to print
Ten kinds of card — the invitation, the save the date, the place card, the menu, the table number, the thank-you and more. Each has its own editor: move the elements with the mouse, choose the face, the ink and the ornament, and the names come from your own guest list. You print from the browser.
A playlist for the DJ
The songs you want to hear, and beside them the list of what is not to be played. Guests can send suggestions and you approve them. The DJ gets one link with both lists on it.
The day, on one screen
The day on a screen — what is happening now, what comes next and who to call. The coordinator or the photographer gets a link to that page alone; they see nothing else from the wedding.
Gifts and thank-yous
Who brought what, what it was worth and who you have already written to. If you would rather have a contribution than a box of envelopes, print a square carrying your account number and the amount — the money goes straight to you, never through us.
Suppliers in one place
Photographer, band, caterer, flowers — with the contact, the documents, the deposits and the dates for each. What you spend with them lands in the budget, so no figure is typed twice.
Beds and transport
Hotels, guesthouses, the shuttle bus and the parking. Assign guests to rooms and to departures, and see at once how many places are left and who still has nowhere to sleep.
Contracts and invoices
Offers, contracts and receipts filed with the supplier they belong to. A week before the wedding you are not hunting an attachment in an email from last autumn.
What the guests see
Guests see the running order, the menu, the map and the gallery — and you decide which of them. One guest can be shown more than the rest without anything being sent separately.
Invitations and messages
Invitations go by email, the nudge goes only to whoever has not answered, and a message goes to the whole list when something changes. Anybody who answers meanwhile stops being chased.
Numbers for the day
One list of telephone numbers — suppliers, accommodation and guests. You do not build it: it assembles itself from what you have already entered, and you can print it for the day.
Data out as well as in
Import guests from the spreadsheet you already have, then download the guest list whenever you need it. The file opens correctly in Excel, with accents intact and columns split where they should be.
The assistant
Ask in your own words — how many guests have not answered, what is left to do this month — and the assistant searches your own wedding. When something needs changing it drafts the change and you are the one who applies it.
When to get married
Thirty-five years of measured weather for your place. For every day of the year you see how often it rained, what the temperature was and how much sun there was — and the figure is arithmetic you can check.

Castles, barns, hotels and the rest, with capacity, photographs and a contact. Filter by region, by town and by kind of place — free and with no account.
Open the pageA catalogue of suppliers
Photographers, bands, caterers and florists by trade and by the regions they travel to, each with a link to their own site. Whoever you pick, you copy across into your own suppliers.
