FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
The free plan opens every module with smaller limits: ten guests, two tables, five programme entries, about 55 photographs, one quiz for ten players and fifteen assistant answers a month. Paid tiers raise those limits and add advanced options; the full comparison is on the pricing page.
Do guests need an account?
No. They reply straight from the link in their invitation. An account is only needed if they want to come back to the details later.
Create your weddingCan strangers see our website?
Only if you want them to. Your site is hidden from search engines by default, and nobody can see an unpublished site.
Can we change our web address later?
Yes. You always confirm the change — we never make it for you. The old address stops working, so it's worth choosing before you send it out.
What it doesWhat happens to our data after the wedding?
Your space stays. We keep the photographs for three months after the wedding, six on The Day and seven days on the free tier, even if the subscription has ended by then. We email you before deletion so there is time to download them.
Is our data safe?
Yes. Data is stored in the European Union, private information is never publicly available, and only the people you invite can reach your wedding.
How do we make our wedding website?
Create a wedding, answer seven questions, and the website already exists — with your names, your date and a look chosen from your answers. Edit it as you like, publish it when you are happy.
Create your weddingCan several people run the wedding?
Yes. You can invite your partner and a coordinator — two administrators on Free and Plan, three on Wedding and The Day. A coordinator sees the guests, the seating plan, the schedule and the photographs, but never your budget.
How it worksCan guests add their own photographs?
Yes, and you can try it on the free plan too. For each album you decide who sees it and whether guests may add to it — through a link or a printed QR code. A guest can delete their own photographs as well.
What it doesDo we have to publish the seating plan?
No. Nothing is compulsory — every section can be added, hidden or moved. And the seating plan shows tables only by default; guest names appear solely if you switch them on.
See the sectionsCan we have more than one wedding on one account?
As many as you like. It suits coordinators, and it suits you — you can be a guest at somebody else’s wedding while planning your own. Switching between them is one click.
Ask us about itWhere is our data kept?
In the European Union — photographs in European storage, the database too. Only the people you invite can reach your wedding, and every check is made by the server rather than the browser.
